Workout of the month
This is a beginner level workout that is designed to burn fat and build lean muscle mass through a series of short, intense intervals.
Push Up Burpees - 3 sets of 20 reps
From a plank position, complete a pushup (on knees or toes), then walk or hop your feet up to your hands. Stand or jump at the top. Repeat!
Air Squats - 5 sets of 30 seconds
Complete body weight squats as quickly as possible while maintaining good form. Weight in heels and chest lifted!
Butterfly Sit-ups - 50 reps
On the floor or mat, put soles of feet together, knees falling wide. Lift your upper body off the ground and tap your hands to your feet. Repeat!
